What are your covid-19 policies?
Today, in alignment with the most recent change to the COVID-19 state requirements, community members, regardless of vaccination status are required to wear a mask indoors. In addition to this requirement, we are also ordered to check vaccination cards as well as covid-19 test results that have been administered within the last three days. We love you and appreciate the community that has been built on honesty, trust and authenticity. And we deeply appreciate you for your cooperation. We will continue to follow and update any state and county COVID-19 guidelines in a sincere effort to keep everyone safe from COVID-19. Our commitment to keeping the Just Be community healthy is top priority so that we can keep offering fearlessly authentic love.
For In-Person Studio classes we are currently limiting capacity to ensure safety and social distance. Please arrive 10-minutes prior to the start of class time. Late arrivals will not be admitted. We recommend you book at least 12-hours in advance as we cannot accommodate walk-ins at this time. And if you need to cancel for any reason, we ask you to do so at least one-hour prior to class time.
We ask that you do not come to class if you are experiencing any Covid-19 related symptoms or if you have been exposed to Covid-19 within the past 14 days.
For your convenience and a touchless check-in experience we recommend that you download the Just Be Yoga App which allows you to geo check-in for class as you approach the studio entrance.
In an effort to ensure everyone’s wellbeing, we request that you bring your own mat, towel, water bottle, and any props you require for your practice. We will not be renting mat, towels or props until further notice. In addition, only bring what you need for class into the studio and please leave any personal belongings at home. We have added enhanced cleaning protocols as well as added extra air filtration systems throughout the studio. Additionally, we have an advanced purge system to activate after each class which eliminates old air while circulating fresh air in.
Class booking and purchasing – how do I purchase and reserve a class?
Explore our schedule select 'Reserve' on the class you’d like to join. You’ll then be prompted to login to your account. If you currently have a membership or class credit package on your account that can be used for that particular class, you’ll be prompted to reserve the class with that pricing option. If you don’t currently have a pricing option on your account that will work for that class, you’ll need to purchase a pricing option first and then complete the reservation.
Do I need to sign up in advance?
Yes. Please sign up for Virtual Livestream classes at least 60 minutes in advance, as we email out a Zoom link for class 60 minutes before class begins.
In Person class capacity is adjusted due to COVID restrictions, and we require pre-registration given the limited class size. We cannot accommodate walk-ins at this time.
What is your cancellation policy?
For all Virtual Livestream classes, you may cancel up to five-minutes before the class begins
Please cancel your reserved IIn-Person class at least 12 hours prior to the class start time in order to get the class back on your account. If you cancel with less than 12 hours until the class starts or you don’t show up for the class, the class will not be credited back to your account.
Can I use virtual livestream credits for studio classes?
We have separate packages and pricing for Virtual Livestream and In-Person classes. You can view and purchase Livestream and In-Person classes here.
When will I receive zoom links for an upcoming class?
60 minutes prior to class start time you will be emailed a direct link with the invitation to join class. The email will be sent to the email address associated with your Just Be You account. If you did not receive the link for your upcoming class, please immediately at email@example.com.

I had a class package that expired during covid.
Please email the studio directly at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss an extension. We are happy to extend any studio in-person credits that expired between March 2020 to June 2021.
My class credits expired, what do I do?
Unless there is an extenuating circumstance, unfortunately we are unable to extend any credit that has already expired. We ask that you please take note of the expiration dates at time of purchase.
What does all-levels mean?
At Just Be Yoga we offer a variety of class styles and skilled teachers to guide you, whether you are a first-time student or advanced practitioner. Several modifications are offered as well as recommendations to go deeper. If you have any specific requirements that you would like to make the teacher aware of, please do not hesitate to share at the beginning of class. Your safety is of the utmost importance and we always recommend that you do what feels best in your own body, regardless of what is being offered.
Are your classes heated?
Classes in our Danville studio may be heatedto 80-85 degrees and we use an advanced purge system to remove and replace the “old” air in the room. We have medical grade air filters located both the yoga studio as well as retail space and will keep doors and windows open for air circulation.
What is the difference between Virtual Livestream and Video On Demand?
Virtual Livestream are classes happening in real time via Zoom. The teacher and students can interact and engage with one another during the live class time. All Virtual Livestream classes are recorded and shared with those who pre-registered for class, but could not join in real-time.
Video On Demand (VOD) are pre-recorded classes generally created uniquely for VOD practice only. Our growing library requires a separate membership to access and may be included in some membership packages. Explore options here.
How do I access the 48-hour replay for virtual livestream classes?
Shortly after the conclusion of any Virtual Livestream class for which you registered you will receive an email link for the class replay. The link will be viewable for up to 48 hours after the class start time. Please note: this replay link is different from the link to the live class.
Is your studio open for In-Person classes?
Do you have mats or towels for rent? Are studio props available for use?
We kindly ask you to bring your own props to class. We will not be renting mats or towels due to COVID-19 guidelines, and will not have any communal props for student use.
How do I bring a guest?
Practicing with a friend is always better! Many Just Be Yoga Membership types include a guest pass benefit. Upon registration for class you have the option to reserve for your Guest. We ask that you enter their email address in the box provided, which will streamline the process at check-in.
Do you have a lost and found?
We do! Please inquire at the front desk if you’ve left an item behind.
