Anita Manetta

YOGA TEACHER

Yoga has always been a journey for me. Yoga has helped me navigate my personal struggles and unforeseen tragedies through dedicated daily practice.

I learned the greatest gift of all: Connection. Through connection, I feel stronger emotionally and physically and I am more in tune with everything. The more I connect to my breath, the clearer I think and the better person I become. This allows me to be a more patient parent and compassionate teacher.

My teaching style is authentic and finding “your practice”, and I’m here to guide you through your own experience. There’s just something so inspiring about seeing a group of people consciously come together to nourish their own physical and internal well-being.
